Pondsco Facility Services (previously Xencom) is a family-owned commercial cleaning company that has been in business for over 25 years. After being in the business for a very long time, the president, Mike Ponds, decided it was time for a refresh. We wanted the name and brand to have familiarity and to reflect that they were still owned and run by the same family-friendly people.
